The King Room exceeded my expectations. A spacious and comfortable wide bed made it easy to relax. The shower was fantastic and a highlight of my stay. Breakfast options were diverse. I had three different dishes over my time, all delicious and fulfilling. Chrisanne, the host, prepared each meal with care and even ground the coffee beans on site, which made a noticeable difference in flavor. The bathroom was sparkling clean, stocked with high-quality toiletries. One downside was claiming the staircase when carrying heavy luggage. it could be challenging. The scenic walk along the Ness River to the city center is lovely, but the stairs could deter some travelers. I had a wonderful stay!

Comfortable and clean rooms with quality toiletries.
I found the bathroom to be quite cramped, making it difficult to navigate during my stay. the low chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, especially after a long day of walking. Lastly, the steep staircase was a significant hassle when carrying heavy luggage. it felt like an ordeal each time I had to go back upstairs.

great stay but some stairs to navigate
The highlight of our stay was the homemade breakfast prepared by the amazing host, featuring local ingredients that made each meal delightful. Our room felt like a cozy retreat with thoughtful decorative touches that added to the ambiance. The walking route along the river provided a stunning view of the city, making our stroll to the center enjoyable.
The only downside was the steep stairs, which were slightly challenging when carrying heavy luggage.

the bathroom could be a little cramped (could use more shelf space). but chrisann is super warm and makes the best made-to-order breakfast. the location is perfect for scenic walks along the river, and the room was spotless and a good size.

Amazing breakfast and charming host!
Really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast options were fab—gotta try the homemade pancakes. The host was super friendly and gave us cool tips for places nearby. My only gripe? The shower pressure could’ve been better. The walks along the river to town were pretty scenic, perfect for a couple's getaway.
